About Me
My name is Kathleen Scully.
I am a Certified Gentle Sleep Coach, a member of the International Association of Child Sleep Consultants and the owner of Happy Sleep Solutions.
I am also a mother of 3 young children (including twins). I can confidently say that I've been in your shoes at some point with one of my own children. That's why I work with families to get more settled and a more restful night's sleep.
From having babies in Ireland and especially multiples, I realised how few sleep-related resources and supports there are for parents. I also notice lots of contradictory advice in relation to baby sleep. Teaching your child good sleep habits is one of the most important things you can do. My passion is to be that support for parents and families as they put in place practical plans to help their family’s sleep needs.
